Don’t buy full loaves.
Instead buy demi-baguettes, or bagels and buns in bulk, freezing what you won’t use right away.
Keep your bread fresh by storing your bread in paper or cloth. Don’t store bread in plastic, keep it at room temperature in a bread box.
If you do buy full loaves get them sliced and freeze them. Then take out slices out as you need them.
