Armaury Guichon

Amaury Guichon is a young Swiss-French pastry chef, now living in Las Vegas.

To say he is a genius is an understatement.

His chocolate sculptures and desserts are out-of-this-world artistic creations.

He started his journey as a pastry chef at age 14.

He worked at various bakeries and restaurants in France and Switzerland.

In 2014 he moved to Las Vegas at the invitation of a fellow French pastry chef to work at his two patisserie’s.

Five years later -2019 – Guichon opened the Pastry Academy, a school teaching people the art of making pastry.

His desserts and chocolate creations on social media are a major hit with more than nine million followers on TikTok and more than eight million on Instagram.
