TRY THIS HEALTHY DELICIOUS BREAKFAST THAT WILL START YOUR DAY OFF RIGHT

It’s easy, healthy and a snap to make. And you will want to eat this often.

Tasting Notes
Creamy and rich, the avocado and the soft-boiled egg on toasted whole-wheat bread, add up to something that will make you say, delicious. And the sliced oranges, sweet and juicy, add an extra flavour punch to the whole dish.
P.S. and this is one breakfast that really fills you up. You’re good to go for the rest of the day.

What you need.
1 soft boiled egg, sliced in half.
1 slice of a healthy whole-wheat bread, toasted and sliced in half.
1 avocado mashed, add salt and pepper to taste.
And you can add other spices and flavours to the avocado such as pepper flakes, a bit of hot sauce, lemon juice or a dash of good olive oil to make the avocado extra creamy.
1/2 of an orange sliced into three pieces.

Method
Put the egg in a pot and make sure there is enough water in the pot so that the egg is covered by at least 1/2 inch of water.
Bring to a boil.
Once water has boiled take pot off stove.
Place a lid a lid on the pot.
And leave egg in pot for five minutes for a runny egg, six for semi-soft.
Spread the avocado on the toast.
Cut the egg in half and add on top of the avocado.
Season with salt and pepper.

Presto, you are ready to plate.
