
We stumbled upon this little gem by accident.
While working in George’s Kitchen, I was cooking dinner. I spilled a bit of the rice vinegar into a small bowl of olive oil.
Voila.
Instead of throwing it, I tasted it. I said to myself – this is quite tasty. I wonder what I could do with it?
And then it hit me – salad dressings.
It worked like a charm for various types of salad dressings.
The vinegar a bit sweet, not too acidic, results in fabulous salad dressings.
