I never thought i would say this – these little bits and pieces of cauliflower are addictive.
They are easy to make and you can snack on them – my wife Linda and I – can’t stop munching on them once we start or add them as your vegetable to any main dish.
What You Need
One medium-sized cauliflower.
Four tablespoons olive oil.
Two tablespoons hot sauce – any kind will do.
Equipment
1 small bowl.
Method
Break the cauliflower into small florets.
In your bowl combine the hot sauce with the olive oil, mix well and pour over the cauliflower, making sure that each cauliflower piece is covered with the olive oil, hot sauce, mixture.
If you have an air-fryer – we do – use that setting at 375 degrees and cook for eight minutes or so in a pan that usually comes with your air-fryer. The cauliflower is ready when the edges are nice and brown.
If you don’t have an air-fryer cook in your oven at 400 degrees Farenheit for 10 minutes by placing on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper, for easy clean up.
So easy, so delicious.
Enjoy.
