Tasting Notes
Bold peanut flavours with notes of ginger, lime, soya sauce. It’s salty and sweet.
What You Need
4 tablespoons Hoisin sauce.
2 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter, this has coarse chopped peanuts in it and is faster than getting peanuts and roasting them.
6 tablespoons water.
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice.
1 tablespoon liquid honey.
4 minced garlic cloves.
Equipment
1 medium bowl.
1 whisk.
Method
Place all your ingredients into the bowl, whisk until all the ingredients are mixed well.
Presto your sauce is ready and will last one week in your refrigerator if put in a tightly-sealed container.

Uses
Peanut sauce is quite versatile:
Use as an Asian stir fry sauce.
Can be used for lettuce wraps or tacos.
Use as a Satay sauce.
Pour over grilled and or roasted veggies.
Use as a salad dressing.
