Vegetarian Dinner – A Hearty Soup And An Unusual Delicious Sandwich

Tasting Notes

This dish serves two – a cold, sublime soup, that’s healthy, only takes a few ingredients, ready within minutes.

The taste of the garden awaits you, fresh asparagus, green onions, Bell pepper, all paired with the flavours of fresh tomatoes, slightly spicy. The sandwich delightful, crunchy, peppery- tasting radishes, the mayonnaise smooth, creamy.

What You Need

One bottle of Clamato juice or spicy tomato juice.

4 asparagus stalks.

2 green onion stalks.

1 red Bell pepper.

Three tablespoons of olive oil.

Salt.

4 slices of bread, the best is fresh, the best is a dark rye.

6 medium-sized radishes.

2 slices of Beefsteak tomato.

2 tablespoons mayonnaise.

2 leaves of any lettuce.

Equipment

1 medium-sized bowl.

Method

Pour your Clamato and or spicy tomato juice in a bowl.

Trim your green onions, slice diagonally into small pieces, do the same for the asparagus making sure before you do that you break off the woody stems, cut the pepper in half and trim the insides and slice into small chunks. Once done add everything into the bowl with juice in it.

Now add the olive oil. Mix everything and then add salt, to taste.

Once done place into your refrigerator for several hours to chill.

Take your bread and put mayonnaise on each slice.

Slice the radishes medium size. Then place them on the bread and salt and pepper.

Now add your tomatoes and lettuce.

Dinner is ready.

Extra

It’s a beautiful, tasty, soup that’s full of great vegetables.

Adding one tablespoon of horseradish works well. Or a couple of tablespoons of two tablespoons Worcestershire sauce. And last, but not least, four tablespoons of vodka. They all work and i have tried them all, each delivering a slightly, different, but great taste.
