¼ teaspoon salt.

1/3 cup water.

1 medium bowl.

1 towel.

1 frying pan.

1 rolling pin.

1 spatula.

1 measuring cup.

In a medium bowl mix your flour and salt.

Then add the oil and water.

Mix till all the ingredients well, until you can form them into a large ball.

Cover with a towel and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Now divide the dough into four pieces.

Take each piece, and using a rolling pin, and roll into a  thin sheet, so thin that you can almost see through it.

Take a cast iron frying pan or any heavy duty frying pan and heat it up on medium heat.

Then add the oil and then put one sheet of the dough into the pan.

Now watch the dough carefully and gradually you will see certain parts of the dough puff up.

Now take a spatula and check the underside of the dough, if it brown and a bit charred, turn it over.
